“Hey, I am Michelle from The Color Barre located in Downtown Norwood. I found a love for yoga about 8 years ago after taking my first class. I then began working on my certification to teach yoga. I started teaching at a local studio in Albemarle, where I grew to love yoga even more. I love both the mental and physical aspects of practicing yoga regularly. It's amazing to watch someone as they begin their yoga journey and how stiff they are at first, and then see that same student in class 6 months later and think, "Wow," I can truly see the difference in their flexibility as they flow through the class.
